ERA says they need a minimum of 2 items or they will charge $145 to remove a large heavy DESKTOP Xerox 8560 printer (w/colour cubes, not toner). This printer is about the size and weight of 20 laptops, they knew it sat on a desktop. Two small women were able to pick up the printer (no special equipment required), place into the back of a vehicle and drove it over to Best Buy where the guys took it out of the back of the car and recycled for free through their program with the City of Vancouver. Something not quite right about this organization. Yes, it's a non-working item, not something to be resold!

Great organization and truly remarkable mission. They have changed many lives within Vancouver and the greater Vancouver area with the donation of computers to other charities and people who desperately need them.
