3 horrible experiences with 3 different counselors. There are a dozen other free counseling services in Nanaimo and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Watch out for the counselor who cherry picks men who go here by messaging them on Facebook asking to go for coffee. Dont go in on your visit and share your whole story. The "mens" group is run by women's organizations and lacks the insight on how to deal with men and mens issues. This office lacks any abuse programs for men and focuses on men not being bad rather than dealing with the fundamental issues in mens life. If you want someone to drop a bunch of assumptions on you, this is the place
