This place was epic! Ravens eagles owls n birds. I could walk around it all day. The bears were especially awesome. The grounds are very well kept. It was worth every penny and my kids loved it too. I'd go back again for sure. Thanks bears and birds

Thats a real bear people! Made of 100% bear. Did you know that the Barn owl's favorite food is a mixture of the souls of its vanquished prey and nougat? When they say 'and more' they mean it. Really prolific vibrations abound. The aura of the turkey vultures is absolutely massive. Is there a word for nostalgia when it is experienced in concert with novelty?

I really enjoyed my time here! At first it looked small, but we spent a good amount of time here and had a great time. I really loved the displays just as much as seeing all the rescued animals. There are many different types of birds, as well as a bear and some bear cubs! It's always nice to visit these.types of facilities to see the amazing work they do to help wildlife. We visited Vancouver Island from Toronto and we were looking for something to do out in this area. Such a nice experience!

It was quite nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not a huge amount to see, though we appreciate that some animals come and go so timing of visit may have had something to do with it. They clearly love and care for their 'residents' and while the entrance fee is not cheap, it's worth paying to support what they do.

This place came on the recommendation of a person in Coombs and it was fabulous. It was raining, but seeing all the birds (and bears) was so special. I have always disliked zoos but this place and their mandate is worth supporting. Great for adults and kids alike.
