This is a private resort. Access is restricted, and there are no PUBLIC beach/picnic areas or boat launch facilities. If there are lots available you can buy into the association on a similar basis to condo ownership.

The e-mail address says it best. liveinhypocriteheaven. Old boys (and girls) club living at its best. Some owners rent their sites. Ask for the renter rules and be prepared for fourth class living. Noise rule? Love to hear your kids screaming at 6:30 a.m. the bass on your stereo thumping at 6:45 a.m., your party at 3:00 a.m., Visitor only parking? In spite of the signage, okay if you happen to be a specific owner. Dog poo clean-up? Don't worry about it, if you have a small, yappy mutt and think no one notices. Make sure your buddy pees off the dock. Washrooms aren't are they're cracked up to be. Commercial vehicle parking on-site? Go ahead. But, make sure you own your site. Want to set-up a tent trailer? Repeat above. Sensitive to being called a liar? Too bad. The only amusing thing about the joint is watching the two queen cats going at it. One high-maintenance, saccharine-sweet-to-the-face vs. the other, well...no polite descriptive words.
