Customer service needs work

I phoned this afternoon inquiring about prices for my two girls going to school about pick up and drop off. I was told they have no room right now and I replied that’s ok, I’m just wondering about prices. She then told me that why do I need to know prices when there’s no room. Then she went on about confidentiality and I’m not sure why prices would be confidential. Sadly I had a couple choice words I mumbled to myself as we hung up and this lady had the audacity to call me back and defend her questions and then said there won’t be room for me next year with my attitude. I would not use this service ever.
