I love this store! The employees are always super helpful and very friendly. They always try to get the best value for my points as possible. And they are problem solvers: just yesterday, when I was checking out, there was a computer glitch and all my points disappeared! They persevered, made calls, gave me coupons for my time, and sorted it out so I ended up with a WAY better deal than I otherwise would have! Thank you so much to Diane and Wayne! I’ve always shopped at Shoppers, and always liked the Points Program. It’s so worth it, and now that it’s merged with PC/Superstore, I get even more points when I shop at Superstore. I know glitches have happened, but overall in my own experience I am very impressed.

Normally really like the staff here! However, I came into to pick up a special on Coca Cola, they had all been purchased and were sold out. My husband asked for a "rain-check" and "friendly" staffer said "Pfft!" You should have shown up earlier--"Everyone else did!" We don't give rain-checks for this. Frankly, Dianne, lose the attitude, we simply requested a rain-check, your tone of voice was rude!

My senior mother also had to use the facilities while waiting for her prescription. She was told they had no washrooms for customers and she'd have to go to Michael's two stores down. By the time she got to Michael's she had already wet herself and was so humiliated that she drove home without the prescription. I went to get her prescription and complained to the nice pharmacist who said he'd take my complaint to the manager. The manager phoned my mother the next day to apologies! This was a year ago. Thankfully we've not had to need their facilities since, but I was hoping they changed their policies! Apparently not if other elderly people have had the same experience! I think we'll start shopping at London Drugs who respect that customers may need the facilities while shopping!!!

Attended the beauty gala on Saturday. Lovely lady showed me how to update my style and did a great job. Totally great, plus won a new purse! Hats off to the beauty department!

I took my elderly mother here to fill a prescription. While filling it she need to use the facilities hense the reason for the prescription. She asked to use the facilities and they said "Oh we dont have a washroom for customers" When your that age there is not the time to debate it. When your young you can sit and think oh where will i go. She said "Do you want me to go right here on the floor? Really!! I am outstandly disapponted at your stores performance. To not have public facilities at a place that sells drugs is totally unacceptable. This is a fail for customer service, customer care and a reasonable customer expectations. A lawblaws based company should have more regard for thier customers and maturity. Remember we come here by choice. Its not hard to unchoose shopping here. Grow Up!!
