I recently renewed my membership at the new John Tod Centre in North Kamloops... what a great facility! The weight and exercise area is much expanded, modern and clean. It also appears to be a very popular child care/ child development centre. Above all... the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks

I love the north shore y but the closing of the long weekends and closing Sundays during the summer is awful, I hate the fact that we have to go to one gym and be super busy , the janitor closes the studio on Sundays to clean when the gym is super busy and you can't go in there. I feel the north shore clients are overlooked on this subject. I have complained to the staff but no changes. Very frustrating.

the hours posted on google, as like with other businesses, are incorrect. It's actually open til 9 pm on mondays and other days i'm not sure, but google can rarely be relied upon to accurately tell you the hours of many businesses, speaking from my personal experiences.
