Excellent service! They helped with our floor 'issues' by coming to our residence, took pictures, measurements, and wrote a report to help us get our floor fixed!

Had a complicated problem with my flooring involving a general contractor who didn't check moisture. The BCFCA's inspection service was detailed, quick to respond and professional to deal with. I highly recommend the service.

I called BCFCA looking for information on a flatness problem with my newly installed floor. Chris was very helpful and provided me useful information that I can move forward with my negotiation with my contractor who did the poor job.

Our home was contaminated by work done by Woodworks Hardwood Floors, a member of the BC FCA. The contractor took no action to try and fix the problem so filed a complaint with BCFCA as the contractor breached their Code of Ethics. BCFCA very ineffectual with our complaint. We still cannot live in our home after 2 years.. Woodworks Hardwood is still a member of the BCFCA. Approach with caution.
