Friendly helpful staff. My husband has been in the emergency room twice in the last 6 weeks. Staff was excellent keeping us informed on what was going on at all times. Lots of free parking. Easy access.

This was the 3rd time I have taken a family member to the Emergency Dept at Oliver hospital - NEVER again. They rude, ignorant and do not care. It appears this attitude has spread to all the staff. Watching how they ignore patients, sullen faced, make jokes about patients, complain about the patience - this is NOT health care, it is people abuse ! After getting very basic treatment in 4.5 hours, as we were leaving, the young shaved head doctor said, well if you get worst later do t come back here, we won't help you. No problem, we went to Penticton and received excellent care and caring , friendly staff.

Super thankful to the amazing team in the Acute Care section of the hospital. Going over and above to keep my family comfortable during their stay while also lending an ear to me as I needed to talk about how tough the last month has been. An alarm goes off and they are quick to answer; watched an elderly gentleman just sitting around in his chair and one of the nurses approached him and struck up a conversation. Very compassionate group there. Wish I could remember all of their names but a big thank you to Silkie, Jaret, and Melissa (and the 2 other nurses whose names I can't remember) for singing me a happy belated birthday.

A total butcher shop. Incompetent nurses, incompetent doctors and incompetent staff. They couldn't pull a sliver if they had to. A total and complete train-wreck. Not even in slow motion. Just a bunch of a-holes thinking they rule the world. The good news is, they do not.

Rude checking me in. Not my fault I sat in emergency waiting till 7:30 to get checked in for a lab appointment. Someone opened the doors early and the woman was rude and ignored me.
