As a local real estate advisor with Engel & Volkers Victoria, I appreciate the great service I receive from the Victoria Real Estate Board. Keep up the good work!

Hello, My husband and I wanted to send in a review about a life event that we thought was going to be a very sad, stressful situation but in fact turned out to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. Feburary 29, 2016 my husband's mother went into a full care home in Victoria at the age of 96. We live up north in Vanderhoof BC which is a 15 hour drive away. In March we traveled to Victoria to sort out her condo. We worked two full weeks, long hours sorting and cleaning. Then exhausted and emotionally drained, returned home to our lives and work. April 29, 2016 we returned again to Victoria to finish up preparing the condo for sale. We had no clue as to where to start or what to do. We walked into a Royal LePage office in Oak Bay on Saturday April 30th. The receptionist welcomed us and we asked about seeing a realtor. Never guessing that the lovely lady that walked out of a back office would make our next week such a beautiful, relaxed, life long happy memory. Connie Lebeau introduced herself, explained she had a small commitment but could be back in an hour to help us out. Wow! Connie met us in an hour at her office. Went over some details, walked to the condo with us and boom. The stress was somehow magically removed from us and Connie took us under her wing. Every minute and every question she dealt with but making sure we were happy along the way. From re-furnishing for photos, to baking us apple crisp, buying us lunch and yes even singing a few lines with her beautiful voice. We received a photo of Connie and her family at a picnic her kids had for Mother's Day (which was a few hours and then Connie was back looking after us). As tired as we were there was not one time that we sent a message or needed something that Connie was not working day, night or weekend. With all the details in place we left Victoria to drive home on Friday May 6, 2016. That afternoon while driving we received a message from Connie that the condo was live on MLS. She showed the condo that night, again on Saturday and open house on Sunday. Offers came in and one accepted on Sunday night. Unbelievable! If ever there was an award to give out we would want Connie Lebeau to have it for outstanding customer service. We have never met anyone so caring, respectful, committed and talented. We highly recommend Connie for any and all your real estate needs in Victoria. We made a life long friend in only a week. Thank you Connie Lebeau for just being you!!!
