Horrible place to work. I worked there for a few months, great amount of preparation and training for an organization of unprofessionalism. The management is unorganized, every morning everyone is scrambling around on which trucks to take and reallocating loads that wastes more than an hour of your day. The devices we use daily are very buggy and the routes are not routed correctly by management, which makes you miss many houses on the way to another for you to turn the truck around many times a day which is a problem because you are driving a cube van. 45% of the houses are on streets with 'no large trucks' signs so you can either try complaining to management about it which probably will go nowhere or get tickets at your own expense. This job will demand you to work around 12hrs and if you do not finish your routes, Barb the supervisor will encourage you to work over 13hrs illegally to finish the route which may bring punishment if refused. They do not implement any time for your break to eat and you are typically rushed to finish your routes before 10-12hrs. They expect for the workers to do whatever they can to pick up from the avg. of 120 houses whether it is to stop at the side of a busy road to pick up or enter forbidden roads. I've worked at several driving jobs and this is by far the worst. Management is a hassle and the device is a headache to follow. Do not recommend applying here.
