I think the prices are too high for someone like me that just wants to ride around the area. Can't even buy a one day for when you just want to get out. Especially since most of the trails around me are closed for pretty much the season. Last year we bought 3 full season passes and we only used one on one weekend. Never mind the fact that they sent my pass to the wrong address TWICE and me pay to replace it. Aside from that, this should be more affordable to the casual user and I believe they will make more sales.

All the volunteers do a great job. But the higher ups need to do a better job with permits and such. And offering a free weekend that has no snow, should be a replacement date setup. To encourage more riders getting out on the trails.

I feel sorry for all the hard working volunteers who do there best to make great trails. The OFSC is a terribly run organization. There web site fails and is awkward to use. The map app doesn't work this year ( really ...you had 3 seasons to build an app) Forget about customer service....if They make a mistake, it's like fight city hall to get it resolved. Dictated by legal wrangling, Government and law enforcement. They are losing land owner support like crazy as many refuse to deal with such a dysfunctional system. I would give hem 1 star if were not for the hard working volunteers....Go ride in Quebec!....There system and trails are far superior!!!

Purchased my trail permit online (because that's the only way to do it now) and it was never delivered. Because I didn't opt for their $15 tracking option, they say I need to file a POLICE REPORT, pay them another $15 for the replacement permit and you can guarantee I'll have to buy the $15 tracking this time around. No accountability on their end at all, they don't even give you their name when replying to emails. And good luck finding their phone number on their website! The WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

What happened to the Locate the groomer that you Hired Goldstar to do in 2014. Its 2018 and Quebec has this option. Pay more in Quebec for better trails. I would pay more if the system was better. But if I payed more and it stayed the same thats no good. It has to improve.
