They are kind and very customer service like. But lack the knowledge and experience in diagnosing anyone. Mental health is far to complex for their understanding. Better off listening to the smart drug smarts podcast. Most people in the medical field are to busy covering their ass and not actually helping people. Actually to be fair most of the world does this. To help others one must sacrifice something from themselves. That can be mental energy, trust, time or a piece of yourself. Some ppl when helped will actually give back in a huge way. Society has become to much about I. Not enough about us. We can all fix the world and all it’s problems but we must do it all together and try to help each other. Work shouldn’t be just a pay check. It should have meaning and good should come from it. Differential diagnosis was so far off it was actually sad and embarrassing Here is a tip video and audio record the sessions. Then apply science and knowledge to cases to accurately make an assessment I think the lack of time may lead to stress or a assembly line mentally to just push ppl through the system. This happens all over. Time and money always prevails and people, the environment and animals always suffer Always go for many opinions because that’s all they basically are opinions based on how they view you. Opinions based on biased views and beliefs a individual may have

This organization is an absolute joke!! They make people WORSE not better. Their support workers CANCEL more appointments than they actually go to. In my professional opinion as an Addictions & Mental Health Support Worker CMHA stands for: Can't Manage or Handle Anything
