Worst brokering agency for passport funding/funding for autism/special needs. First of all I was with them for 3.5 months. No communication, they had no phone, internet service available for weeks. You have to fax them for them to call you. Okay technology I understand can fail, but they also overly control your money. They decide how much and when. They'd always be late with payments so my sons workers would be paid late one even quit over the continued lateness. And oh they take 10% of your money. I switched to Durham Association for Family Respite Services...I've been with them now for 5.5 months. They are amazing. So supportive and actually work with your loved one. They take only 3% of your money and do so much more. They allocate money as you need because they recognize it's not their money. My workers are paid on time, my son has a dedicated liason who visits regularly trying to find new opportunities for services. I can't believe I stayed at this nightmare place for 3.5 months. Hello 10%?? Nope.
