Although I like that they collect my unwanted items, I've only given 2 stars because: 1) I don't like how they call incessantly without a proper caller ID showing their organizations name 2) They NEVER leave a message 3) If you do pick-up their is sometimes a delay in their response so you almost hang up My suggestions: I wish they wouldn't call more than 1x/month - if you get v.mail, leave a message - that way if we have something to donate, we can call you back. There are too many scam artists out there with spoofed #'s that's why people don't answer their phone / screen their calls. Have your Company's Name display on the Caller ID and learn to leave a message. Only call 1x/month. Thank you!
