Not helpful.. mandatory payment to them.monthly of over 100.00 bucks with no real positive outcomes. Known as the weakest union..despite having like 50000 members. Lots of I don't know and confusion when you call for assistance. We need to get rid of them and pursue other options at less than half the monthly price!

A labour union representing nurses and health care professionals in the province of Ontario. Full-service organization that gets involved in collective bargaining agreements with stakeholders and hospitals. Advocates on behalf of membership publicly and provides a wide spectrum of legal assistance to individual members.

This is not a union. It’s a political party hiding behind its name. In our collective agreement we are held hostage of this union and of the employee. This union is not there for us. The employer always gets the upper hand. We are burnt out and mistreated. We have NO voice. We speak up and there are consequences. There is a clause in our collective agreement that prohibits us from hiring our own lawyers. All the wrong doings have to go through the union process. This is because the union and the employer already know the outcome. We have no rights. We are hostages of a contract that violates our rights. We are being very divided.
