Definitely, they are insolent, indolent and imperilment to themselves and, therefore, to the public. They need fundamental training in First Aid, basic logic, Evaluation things in the context of circumstances, understanding that different restraint procedures are needed for violent and non-violent offenders, they need to be explained that it is unacceptable to alter important records, they need to learn key signs of common human maladies and conditions. They need, for example, to understand that obese, asthmatic people, or people with history of seizures have to be handled by police differently. Several bad apples at this department make the whole department look bad and unprofessional. You should take this recommendations seriously for your own good because, eventually, your ignorance can easily result in criminal charges publicly brought against you for your unacceptable performance as a cop(s).

Brockville Staff cops cannot handle simple cases. Many of them seriously lack in education and common sense. The scary part is they are lazy and negligent, and often allow personal home front issues interfere with their job duties. They arrested a person who did not have any violent crime history and who did not present any impending danger to the society, and locked that person up for the entire night in the cell under the following conditions: 1) The person was suicidal after a severe emotional breakdown due to job and family related stress. The said person consumed many respiratory depressants. 2) The policemen were supposed to take this person to the Royal Hospital around the corner for I mediated medical evaluation and treatment . It was not done 3) They promised to monitor this person via surveillance camera and check on him every 30minutes to half an hour, as per protocol. It was not done 5) Because the person consumed respiratory depressants, he could have easily died because the breathing was affected ( They knew about it) 6) The person went into a severe physical and emotional distress and started calling for help. Nobody came. Nobody properly monitored the surveillance cameras. 7) The person experienced trouble breathing and gastrointestinal pain exacerbation. No response. 8) When the authorities later wanted to review the surveillance tape to substantiate the police's negligence, it went miraculously " missing". When it was found several months later, " conveniently " it " did not play" The person luckily survived. However, in a future similar situation, the consequences can be tragic. So would you trust them? Outrageous lack of compassion and serious violation of duties on their part. Just writing to make sure that the people are aware of it so that the chance be reduced from the police victimizing someone else.

Incompetent kick-back people are worse than evil people. Yep, some Brockville cops are like that. they can MAKE you feel safe, but it does not mean you are really safe from their mistakes. Feeble skills to get on the right track. Even if they make mistakes, no apology, just rude snide remarks. You donot wanna be stressed because of their outof the blue suspicions and to have to prove to them they are mixed up and do not have their act together. No fun to randomly become the target of their bullishness.
