Was contemplating getting a real estate license, thought i phone call could clarified what i was seeing on the website, the guy was so rude, unable to answered my questions and talking to me in such way i had enough and hang up the phone on him. This call center staff should all be let go. What a poor way to conduct business. Not impress. My money will go somewhere else.

Haven't really had direct interactions with OREA administration but after numerous interactions with OREA College staff over the years (both as a student & licensed member), I can affirm that: call centre staff are generally rude, anxious & bitter. Majority (including team leads, supervisors etc.) should not be in a customer/public facing capacity as they lack basic customer service skills. Not surprised whatsoever that the licensing education contract is not being renewed with this organization.

Both phone calls made to the OREA have been unpleasant. I have spoke with two different staff members and both times, felt as if they were simply repeating a line rather than actually listening to my concerns. Every move you make results in a fee. It is impossible to challenge an exam mark as the computers and humans marking these exams are all perfect and would never make a mistake - please feel the sarcasm in that last line.

Just tried to get a refund for a course that I haven't started yet (with the book still in the shrink wrap) as of right now are only offering me half my money back. Looks like they're trying to squeeze us all before they go under and Humber takes over the course. Thank goodness a real college will be taking over and these crooks will be gone.
