Poor management staff on the night of the event. Staff (namely Irene who was managing for the evening who we had not met prior to the night of) hovered during our event, asked to have some of the food we were serving our guests, and was rude to the bridal party/parents we had helping out at the stag & doe. We had the rental until 2AM and the bar was to be closed at 1am. Before 1am she was telling our bar staff to close the bar while there was still time. As well the moment 1am hit, they turned on our lights and started sweeping/moping the floor between our guests who were still dancing and enjoying their night while we had the space. When we approached her to discuss it became defensive and argumentative and we felt as if we were being forced out early (we left before 2am) In the parking lot people from bars nearby were crossing through and leaving bottles/cans around our vehicles and urinating on our guests cars, with management only concerning themselves with the inside of the venue. Prior to all of this we enjoyed the venue and the space we had. Unfortunate it ended on such a sour note.

Absolutely inappropriate staff monitoring! She entered into our event MULTIPLE times during our time there and just stood without a smile seemingly glowering at our guests Informed us if we wanted to dim the lights (one dimmer switch), we were not to touch them but were to find her upstairs to do it. Started mopping floors amongst dancing guests one HOUR before rental end. They did not monitor parking lot while drunken university students went through dropping bottles/cans and urinating on our vehicles. Bar was run by bride to be parents at all times. She told us to close the bar while a drink was being served PRIOR to 1am limit. She turned up hall lights at 1 am while guests were dancing ( hall rental to 2) When this was addressed she became very confrontational and argumentative with the rentees Nice venue Only plus. Fridge was cold for beverages VERY disappointed with treatment! The bride to be parents

Event was ruined - the food wasnt prepared properly and we had our event planned with them for months prior to the date. No compassion or care was given. I would highly recommend going some place else.
