There aren't many neighborhoods left these days that have such an active association. The PCA offers so many great contributions to the community: Summer Arts Program (for children), Movies in the Meadow (free movies at Delaware Park in the summer), an annual chili cook-off, the annual Tour of Homes, assistance for elderly residents, welcome committee for new neighbors, contractor fairs, Halloween party for kids, Holiday arts & crafts sale, and so much more! It is really great to have a presence of this sort to help with obtaining traffic studies, grants from the government to help better the neighborhood, and more. really helps maintian a strong community sense.
