We wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Our bungalow is the perfect size for us and the occasional guests. Hard working & dedicated volunteers put on so many activities and events. It keeps you as entertained and as busy as you choose to be. It's a warm and welcoming community....full of soon to be friends. The fees are not unreasonable. Compare your costs and amenities to apartment living. You know what you're responsible for when you buy. Read your lease before you buy. Get a realtor familiar with land leases. The office staff, under the leadership of Stephen Parsons & Stephanie Nunes, are there to help and are approachable. The maintenance and outside staff are professional and helpful too. Life here is good. It's not perfect...but boy, it's good!

Lived here 14 years, we are on our 2nd home and love it more and more every day. Entirely new office staff are a breath of fresh air! They are fabulous. As far as people speaking of high fees? You would never find an apartment anywhere in Ontario for the land lease fees we pay. We are in a brand new manufactured home in 2020 and our fee is $683. Taxes are less than Innisfil homes as are water and sewer charges. The amenities are second to none and all will be back up and running once Covid is gone or all residents are vaccinated. My guess is late 2021. Love Sandycove Acres! Gets better every day!

Wonderful people, great activities to enjoy such as dances, darts, cards so much more. On the bad side high land lease for new buyers, no snow removal, no storage facility, high water and sewer rates. Would suggest you think twice about here as it is no longer retirement but adult living.

We have lived here for 8 + years and this has been the most fulfilling to my wants and needs. When Parkbridge took over, there were changes made. People that live here need to think outside of the box sometimes and look at the big picture. We are blessed with all the things we have going for us here in the park. The grounds people are trying their best to live up to the past maintenance crew but have not quite accomplished it but you can see they are trying and when you talk to them, they try and help out as much as they can. Hats off to them for a difficult job to do. I highly recommend living here in Sandy Cove. You can be as busy as you want or not. There are so many different things to choose from and it is all run by volunteers. If you have a problem with living in the park and you have nothing better to do but complain, then maybe it is time you find the right place to live that will make you happy. I can almost guarantee that you will not be happy where ever you live.

Sandy cove Acres is a great place to live for senior. There is so much do to and it’s only minutes away from lake Simcoe. But the management here is not so good.I have so many family wand friends that live here but they are so unhappy with the management. It use to be so good when the rice Owen it.I hope this management stars doing some good things instead of ripping people off.
