Guelph is nice if you want to have a boring family life. The city is just too quiet! Really nothing going on. People told me in the winter that things get better in the summer, but it’s almost winter now and still nothing cool happened in Guelph. Many locals like the city, but i do not understand why : ( also shopping and dining in Guelph is not super exciting. In kitchener are so many more good restaurants, and Toronto is so much cooler. The “proximity” to Toronto makes Guelph also unreasonable expensive. I live here almost a year now and really dislike the city. University is nice though. Please tell me if im missing something here ; /
