I went twice when I was at low points - my first time was wonderful and rewarding, the counciler I spoke to was attentive and caring and actual did wonders for my mental health support + they had tools for me to try. Sadly that wasn’t consistent, I got a different counciler the next time I had gone and they seemed tired and distracted, almost rushy... and it made me feel very overwhelmed and left still feeling lost. So it really depends on the counciler that you end up seeing.. I’m not sure if it’s possible to see the same person twice at request I didn’t ask... Overall though, a fantastic establishment for the community as mental health is a issue so many of us are faced with daily. I love that this place exists ♥️

Would give 0 stars if I could. My brother has had nothing but bad experiences with them the last couple of years and will have NOTHING to do with them anymore. Back in May I needed help and met a rep from there. (They came to my home.) When they left I was feeling more positive and hopeful. Other the last month or so, my trust/faith in ANY member of CMHA London locations has eroded to NOTHING. They listen without hearing, and show a lack of respect when they are told that a discussion has to stop for the day and they don't even when they say they respect that. (This caused me to get overwhelmed and stress out to the point I gave up.) As far as I'm concerned CMHA London needs to be completely replaced with new staff, infrastructure, and streamlined procedures and policies. Make it fast and simple to get help. Not convoluted and complex and take forever to get help when not in complete crisis. I've given up on getting any decent, proper and fast help from them.

I went here to get help for my depression due to my wife abandoning me for another man. I felt ashamed, useless, and wasn't sure if I was in the right place. However after being seen by two therapists, one of which was in training (I forget his name but I think it's josh) I felt really understood for the first time in a year. I felt listened to. When I explained that I felt like I was a failure they showed me all the good things about myself. Got me involved in some support groups, and helped me with so many things I never thought I would be able to do again (place of my own rtc). Coming here has been a really positive experience. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars

They dont answer the phone and have no way for you to find out if a patient is actually there or not
