I'd give zero stars if I could. Their delivery guys are good fellas, but their operators are smug and rude. They don't follow through with their agreements, and will haughtily tell you they never said what they did, and that you're lying! My wife told me she had the same rotten experience with them before we were married as well. Never again. If they were the only propane supplier in the area, we'd put in a wood furnace.

We were absolutely delighted with the service from McCarthy Fuels. We have been a customer for the past 4 years. McCarthy were a really welcomed contrast in service compared to our previous provider! We have never had a problem with supply, always prompt delivery and extremely great people - from the front office to the delivery team!

This company agreed to deliver propane to our residence...sent technicians to install a propane tank on our property...then suddenly for some mysterious reason...called us up and not only refused to deliver propane, but told us they were coming to remove the tank!!!....right after we had everything hooked up and ready! We were shocked, confused, and extremely disappointed after years of recommending them to others....needless to say we no longer advise anyone to go to McCarthy's since they have turned out to be unreliable, unbelievable, and very unprofessional!!!....We have since gotten Kelly Propane as our provider and have been treated as an important customer. We highly recommend them as a propne supplier!
