This place is awful. They somehow ended up screwing me over on my ability to get car insurance because they put in my drivers license on a collision that my brother was actually involved in. Couldn't get car insurance at all because of this error and because I'm a young driver (21). The claims rep also was aggressive on the phone and could care less. She kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain my situation and even started raising her voice at me like I'm somehow all knowing about this situation when I had no details on why it's even on my record. She very passive aggresively told me to talk to the claims manager and didnt even bother transferring my call. The claims manager also wasn't much of a help as his solution to this problem was to just get a write up saying that the collision wasn't my fault which is a huge inconvenience for me considering I work a full time job and don't have a huge amount of time to look for an insurance and justify myself to every insurance I apply to. Overall, this place doesn't care, this isn't even my insurance it's my parents so if you're looking for a good insurance provider go with any company as long as it's not this one. It's a headache waiting to happen.
