Soho Housing Association has discriminated me and my partner. They equality law is rubbish and they are homophobic and treat people like trash. They don’t provide affordable housing they just need you sign up so they will get government funding's to keep business going. They hide all public information and lie about who is sponsoring them! Please avoid with any cost and report! Our case is ongoing and will be public soon.

when i first became a resident in soho 3yrs ago the team were great, especially Steven. Since he has left its dreadful, no response to emails or calls no action taken EVER, you can virtually hear the disinterest in their voices when talking to them. Bring back the old team please!

Like speaking to robots. No one wants to help.

Absolutely appalled by the service provided by the staff. Unfriendly and inconsiderate, I am not pleased at all by my previous experiences. Very disappointed and the people working for the Agency need a thorough look at themselves.

Worst housing organisation and should be avoided at all costs. The staff are unfriendly and the housing officer for Farringdon Road is unreasonable and inhumane.
