It's a great place for a hike through the various habitats that make up the park. There are beautiful views of the Maitland River.

It's a shame to share but a great loop hike. Good river access for fishing. Long portage. Better river access at one of the bridges nearby for canoeing. No over nite camping .Rarely encounter a soul.

I come here a couple of times a year. Today I came across a field of wild flowers and there were many humming bird moths flying about the flowers. It was so great to see so many at one time
