Drugs and alcohol any time of the night . People coming and going at all hours. Absolutely no control over the situation by anyone. Plus they want to charge you for this horrible experience. They have people who are paying up to 950.00 a month. If you are on any assistance they take it all. I have been working as much as possible but do not make much, and these people do not help in any way. Unless you are native. Did I just say that??? Dam right I did. There is no help here in any way. These people should all be fired and put on the street in -40 to get a feel of what it's like to be homeless. Don Funk
