Today I was denied service at the Chamber, made to feel as if my membership didn't mean anything and was told that I was not a priority. This was said to me in front of two other staff members by the CEO, Rex Oliver. I hope that no one ever has to have this experience again. The Chamber can do a lot of good but I sincerely believe they need a change in leadership if this is how they view customer service to a paying member. There is a video of our entire interaction. I have requested a copy so that people can judge for themselves. What happened was not ok. It was intimidation and bad business. My sincere hope is that changes can be made so that business, all business, get treated fairly by other businesses in our community.

Great little DMV satellite and a quick place to get a fishing license. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The person who operates the DoL desk at the Chamber of Commerce is usually extremely rude, has little patience, and doesn't take the time to listen to what you have to say prior to cutting you off or attempting to finish your sentence.

I’ve had 4 interactions with these guys in the last week or so. I have never dealt with a gov agency that’s as friendly and eager to help as this staff is, both in person and on the phone. These are the small town perks everyone talks about, keep it up guys!
