Our local chamber is fantastic! They work hard to share with visitors the very best of Newport and they really do pour back into the local businesses here. They're creative and fun, hardworking, and out to serve this community. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful chamber right here in Newport!

The chamber of commerce in Newport is so helpful! They have lots of brochures and information about things to do in town and where to eat and stay. They also put on the Seafood and Wine Festival each year which is a blast! Great town and great people at the chamber.

The Newport Chamber has always been an organization that is supportive of our local business community. Keep up the good work. There is a very great group of people that drive the Chamber's programs. Thank you.

Ignore the hype and avoid this festival like the plague - unless you want to pay $25 to gain entrance to a sweaty vinyl tent on a parking lot, just for the ability to spend even more on overpriced tiny tastes of wine and undercooked barely edible (and did I mention overpriced) food. Apparently, from speaking with some vendors, cooking is not allowed under the vinyl top (Fire Dept. must be scared that the blacktop will catch fire). In any case the food is carried in open cotainers theough the crowd and dumped in warmers - very appetizing. Don't wast your time!
