I have been a small business owner & operator in the town of Whitby for over 6 years now. People often ask questions like "how did you get to where your at?" or "what would you recommend for someone starting up a small business"? and the answer seems to always be the same…Join the Chamber! I honestly know for a fact that I would not be in the same position I am in today had I not spent the time and effort to join the Chamber and develop relationships with other local professionals by networking and volunteering at events. Being involved in the Chamber has certainly given me the opportunity to meet business people that were crucial to my success and development that I would have never met otherwise. Also as someone who loves to be involved in community initiatives and support local goals the Chamber has been an amazing way to stay in touch with whats happening around town as well. If your looking to take your career to the next level or looking to get your new company or brand recognized around your local area there is no better way then joining your local Chamber and starting to attend events and workshops

One of the best organizations to work for. Awesome staff who really care and do their best to serve members (business owners and professionals) in a professional yet very friendly way. Highly recommended to join as a member.
