To Mary Granger "News flash" crime is everywhere and so is hatred, prejudice, racist (which you probably are) and a want to be Christian but you are so ignorant that You are the definition of disgust, ignorance, hatred, stupid, devil worshiper and demon possessed, probably a part of the minority of racist citizens. It is sad that people like you are even aloud to live in America. I love Detroit and the Metropolitan area. Kidnapping and other awful crimes happen in every city. It is just that the media exploits this city and I'm glad that they do because that will keep evil hearted people like you away. You're just as bad as any criminal...your prison just happens be the bondage of your small mind. By the way my daughter, a resident of Detroit, is on a full ride to Princeton University. Just one example of what the majority of the residents are like here in this great city. Kelli White
