The place is very spacious. there are lots of things to do or to watch for people of all ages. There is a little play area for little kids. There is a really nice gym for adults. On the very top floor there is a 3 lane running track. there is are two Feild houses where you can play different types of sports but there is a fee. The best part is that there is a small free public skating ring that is attached to the full sized rink. The rink is small but the good thing is that they supply hockey skates and figure skates in all different sizes.

Great location and facility. You can avoid the traffic on highway 16 by taking the bypass road. Booster juice inside with some good lounge areas, in the winter they have an outdoor husky ice loop that’s a fun skate. It was great ice that look freshly flooded when we went. Beautiful location, worth a stop to see the farmers market as well. Definitely no complaints. The gym has a sweet variety of classes and equipment. The upstairs track is well maintained. Apart from being a busy place, this is a great facility!

Good gym with a pretty good selection of machines and free weights. Not usually overly busy, so you can typically get the equipment you want without too much of a wait.
