I have been doing business with this dealership over 10 years. I always get good service and the staff are always friendly. I know most of the service staff on a first name basis. They are the best Ford dealership in our area. I highly recommend dealing here!

Had a dreaded breakdown while moving from NWT to BC, and Bannister for came through for us when we need them! They went out of their way to make my wife (and new baby) comfortable and even helped carry her things. In the end, the they actually charged us less than they quoted. Very happy with this service!

Bannister helped me with 2 of our F550 service trucks. They were good to deal with upfront and got the trucks in right away. My one service truck was there for 2 weeks and had extensive work done to it. Communication fell down bad as far as updating me on what was needed and where things were at but this is not all their fault as we use a fleet provider ARI and they were updating them and not me. Once I called to follow up and explain my displeasure and that I needed to be updated also things drastically improved. Overall happy with the service and will continue to use them.

Monica and Cole definitely deliver in the true definition of SERVICE. Friendly, helpful, patient with annoying questions. For those of you interested in owning a ford - Bannister will treat you right when it comes to service. Big thanks especially to Monica for my recent service experience (aug 20,2018)
