It was time to by another pair of runners today. The people there are knowledgeable and spend with their customers - with no pressure to up-sell. At my request, we discussed discussed water bottles, electrolyte drink options, and carbohydrate energy gels too. I am happy to support them by being a returning customer.

Started a 2 week mountain trip in Prince George and asked the Info Centre where to rent snowshoes in the area. The staff at Stride and Glide provided us with quality snowshoes at an outstanding price, along with local knowledge of trail networks in the area. They were incredibly accommodating and helped start our trip off on the right foot! Would highly recommend!

This place is great for all running and cross country skiing needs. Staff is super informative and helpful about all things. I've regularly popped in for a quick visit only to get into a deep conversation about winter running apparel or a new type of bone conduction headphone. I strongly recommend going here for anyone getting into running, hiking, skiing or outdoor activities in general. This place also goes above and beyond in supporting the local community by hosting runs and coordinating events.
