Ryan took the time to explain the myriad of options and was very knowledgeable. Great options for people looking for actual quality laptops and computers. Thank you Ryan!!

rude and arrogant, wont respect anyone's opinion that doesn't go with there agenda. They think there the best shop in the area, wrong!!! Don't recommend this place, integrity is not there goal.

(Edited almost a year after because I came in recently and so did a friend of mine only to get miss treated again)Once again all you do is blame everyone else for your mistakes. So you buy things from NCIX and assume it's yours with my name on it. Stop blaming everyone for the bad experience you provide to so many customers and start owning you terrible service. Trying to pass off help as Free support is a joke, it's called good customer service something you will never figure out. Everyone that comes in their is taking a chance to give you business and you FAIL at providing good customer support and service. This is the reason I have to buy online as you apparently do as well. Sol don't criticize me for not shopping local because that's all I try to do, but when folks like your self fight everyone and treat everyone like they are stupid it's makes it hard to support local business that is RUDE and Very and unhelpful. *Update* So even though I gave this shop another opportunity I had ordered some thermal paste from NCIX. To my surprise when I went to picked up my parcel at D& G computers because they are now the location for picking up packages " So be careful" His son had opened it. Opening my mail We'll I'm pretty sure that is federal offense. His son say's to me "Sorry it was addressed to our address so i thought it was our's. "It had my name on the package" Forgetting that fact? they receive many packages from many different customers because D&G is now the main location for pick up who would have thought. To which his father (I'm pretty sure It's his father) say's why would you order that from NCIX when you could buy it from me. I'll let you reading this make a judgement weather that was an accident or not. We'll sir it's because i bought it for $3.50 because my NCIX points gave me a great deal and he say's " Why would they do that"!!!!!! Really are you kidding. The only reason I'm writing this update is because his reply talking about cheap parts and unreliable computers. I don't buy garbage nor do I buy bad part's as i like to use my Gaming PC's for long periods. I will never buy a single thing from this store mainly because this Owner will never fess up to anything and only attack people who are unsatisfied. Do me a favor and hand your business over to your Son (I'm pretty sure it is your son) He has good manners and never talks down to anyone not to mention is always very helpful. In fact if he ever does take over I will surely come back and do business. Stop harassing your customers and start giving back to the community with a smile and support. Arrogant and bad service they treat everyone like they're stupid and don't appreciate that people like what they like and you should just provide good customer service not criticize them for their opinions. If your not one of his valued customers your just a biggot he does not care about. I have been in there many times to look at parts and buy things I could use for home and never ever had a good experience. If you want great service and people who appreciate your business go to Computer Professionals down the street because they really know how to treat people and they'll give you what you want and respect your opinion about anything and will advise you in a proper manner if you need help.

Just bought a power supply. Usually shop ncix but wanted to try to support local. The younger guy was nice, but older gentleman was very arrogant. Didn't let me talk, and didn't even ask what kind of computer I had, just immediately started spewing technical stuff at me and even told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Maybe his aggressive attitude works for some people, but as a technical person who knew what I was talking about, it just made me feel small and extremely uncomfortable. I was feeling so crummy leaving, that I wrote this review in the parking lot outside of his store. Just take this as a heads up, hopefully you catch him on a better day :) Just two cents from a person who never writes reviews... Edit: I received menacing messages and comments (that have since been deleted, but still, damage has been done) from the owner after posting this, so I dropped my review down to 1. He also is threatening people I know. I actually can't believe these business owners' behaviours! I just wanted to buy a power supply, had a bad experience and then wrote about it, that's it. I would've taken my original review down or bumped it from 3 to five if you had apologized/paid me a little respect. But, let's all move on now, please! All the best with your business!

*UPDATE* I have increased my rating to 2/5, because the owner has now apologized privately for harassing me for the original review I posted (below). Some of the things he said can't be undone, but I wish him all the best with his health and business, and hopefully he understands the importance of customer service in a small town going forward. Original Review: Rating 1/5 - Unfortunately the customer service is too horrible, my business will be taken elsewhere. BULLY TACTICS don't work for me when I'm looking to spend my money.
