Incredible service for an out of town customer! We were on our way from Alaska to the lower 48 and had a warning light come on. We stopped at the first Ford dealer we came to, lake City Ford. The service rep Dan Bennett got a mechanic to come right out and pull the code which was a critical sensor fault. They took care of it and get us on the road within two hours. I can't complement them enough.

GREATEST SERVICE EVER! We are from Mission/Maple Ridge, B.C. area, on vacation when our 2016 Ford Expeditions trailer brake modular malfunctioned, setting the trailer brakes on as we were leaving a gas station in Williams Lake on June 18. We stopped in at around 2:20 pm to see if they could help us. They analysed it, but did not have the part in stock, so they had emergency delivery of the part, which was flown in overnight and installed first thing the next morning. We hooked up our trailer, which they let us park in their lot overnight and were back on the road June 19, by 9:30 am. Michelle Maxwell, service advisor, and the great mechanic, were excellent and friendly. A HUGE THANK YOU!

We went to Lake City Ford looking for a truck. Joel Gyselinck met us on the lot and listened to what our needs were. He made the process a fun and easy experience. There was a minor problem with pricing but Joel put us first as customers and fixed the problem quickly in our favour. He is honest which is a rarity these days. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as he puts his customers first. Wes & Linda

I have dealt at this Dealership for over 35 years and never had a problem in the sales, parts, service or body shop.. I drove a F150 then and I still drive a F150 and will continue until someone tells me I can't drive anymore. Ford all the way!!!! These are guys and gals give great customer service.

Awesome, helpful and great people is the best way to describe this bunch. I was completely satisfied with the service I got and everyone was very nice and helpful. Certainly made the buying a new vehicle experience quite painless. I'd recommend these guys to anyone of my family or friends.
