Dealer Direct. They have no clue as to what they are doing. Extremely rude. Lied to us several times. Stood us up for a planned meeting with no explanation. I would NEVER deal with these people again. Please go elsewhere.

My business was given a bad review by a customer that wanted something for free. This customer caused me a lot of trouble. In their efforts to pressure me to provide the requested product for free (I did offer a refund but not the item for free) This customer contacted the BBB who published their version and gave me a bad grade. They never contacted me, they claim they sent something in the mail but I never got it. Then they refused to do anything about the grade once I saw it. I had that online for 3 years. The BBB ratings are reviews are useless if they are one sided opinions. If no one actively looks into the comments made about the business then it's no better then a youtube comment.

Strong believer in the BBB. Highly recommend.

I just had my roof replaced and I want to give kudos to my roofing contractor. I contracted Exact Roofing, Mr. Peter Nelson, who did a fantastic job in replacing my shingled roof. His price was the best of the three quotes and he came well recommended. He lived up to his references - he was on time, did an excellent job and did a meticulous clean-up afterwards. I would be pleased to recommend Peter and his company to anyone who is in need of a new roof. John D Smith
