Savage oil is an outstanding service provider. I owned three properties in the valley including a seniors home. While Savage always delivered on time and ensured we received the most competitive rates, they we exceptional when things went wrong. We had one property “go dry” while we were out of the country and had asked delivery to be suspended thinking we had enough to keep heat on low to protect the water pipes. We were wrong. When a friend checked on our home and noticed the furnace was not working at all we called Savage and explained we were in a bind. They somehow got into the driveway that was FULL of snow, cleared the lines, primed the furnace and filled the tank within an hour of us calling from the United States where we were at the time. These guys are the real deal in terms of quality of service and value. My thanks team Savage!

I was a customer looking to connect with oil for my new fibreglass tank to run my oil drip stove. I had an idea where I would go for oil, but asked around first, and everyone I asked said Savage Oil, which is where I was leaning.......I called and spoke to the very efficient employee Lisa, and was promised, that despite the upcoming holiday, and later, an ensuing storm, I should have my first oil delivery on January 4,2018, as promised...The day arrived when I anticipated the first delivery, the storm was impending, and they had a driver out.But, as promised, they showed up on time, even sending the kind boss Bob to do the job..It was our first experience with Savage oil, and it was very satisfying, and I believe it will be the beginning of a great relationship. Thanks so much for delivery on the promised date........We are now cozy and warm for the winter, and dogs and kitties are loving the heat, me too !

I don't understand the other reviews, but I always have a polite lady on the phone, and tells me everything how it is... I never had any issues. I also like the options of different payment methods they allow you to make; ie E transfer and credit card over the phone. Fuel man is always good, doesn't dilute the fuel like other companies do.

Requested oil delivery on Friday and was told they could not deliver until Monday. We have been loyal customers for the last 2 years since moving to Middleton and have always had prompt and reliable service. On Sunday I saw a Savage fuel truck pass my house and called to enquire about possible delivery then. I received a return call from a rude individual and was told there were no trucks on the road. She ensured me Monday morning my fuel would be delivered. Monday at 1100, I again called and was told by the same rude individual that the truck that had my ticket had just left for Lawrencetown. My anticipated delivery time would be another 1 1/2 hours. I live less than 1 km from the depot. All would have been acceptable except for the rudeness of the employee answering the phone! She stated I should have called on Saturday if I had a problem. If I'm told no delivery was possible until Monday, why would I call on Saturday. Unfortunately business owners are not concerned about the lack of customer service their employees provide! A great shame!!
