Very disappointed with this service! I first contacted Rose des Vents in August of 2017 after being referred by a psychologist my husband was seeing in neuro-oncologie at the CHUS. My first contact appointment was in September 14th and still no appointment......3 months later! They did contact me once to see when I would be available and never confirmed an appointment since....... Finding other options to get the help I needed and long overdue! Hopefully others will have a more positive experience!

(February 2018) La Rose des Vents was hosting a training session with DIRA as a mean to train their voluntary workers as well as the public to better understand the various forms of abuse done to elderly people. I really appreciated the quality and clarity of the content offered as well as the professionalism of both organisms.
