I've lived here for 6 months now and what I can say is that the houses are fairly big despite what I had in my head and they have 2 parks (although the other one is father away from the houses) the only problem I have is that buses don't come round to the houses and it takes 12 - 50 minutes (depending on whether you're living in the apartments or canola ) to get there. Hopefully that's going to change in the next 2 or 5 years I think.

Nice new developed area in west of Regina

Nothing Here, You have to go to Rochdale or Harbour Landing to get any Groceries or Restaurants. Can't get anyone to Deliver Pizza out here exept Panago. Snow removal of the main streets is not a priority for the City Regina. Wait a few more years until you considered moving out here they have not started putting up any close conveniences such as shopping or grocery store, I have not seen any construction activity around here except CO OP gas bar and a Retirement Community. No Bus Service and Canada Post only comes out here once or twice a week maybe.
