Alot of information and shows about Alberta history and the legislative assembly history. I learnt alot from here about the province I am proud to call home. In summary, a great place to visit for families and children.

The new Visitor Centre is lovely. No longer hidden underground, it's on ground level at the newly renovated Federal Building. Enter through the 'Centennial Plaza' which is also another plaza name in Edmonton. There is a permanent gallery space showcasing the history of Alberta and how provincial government works on the southeast side. On the northeast side there is a rotating exhibit space, gift shop carrying local products, and a 4D theatre experience with a 3d film and special effects.
