Very helpful people work here! I had accidentally forgot to buy a parkpass and then went to this building and there were plenty of staff to help me out pay for one. Nice architecture inside too! The guides inside will help you find some fun in the park for sure. Nicework Banff!

Went to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, and the Lake Louise Gondola ride. We parked at the Banff Train Station and travelled with Hop on Banff. Good thing too - there were so many cars, there was no where to park at all. Despite the lack of parking, we had a great time. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Well is nice and more important, besides washrooms, here you can get a shuttle to Lake Louise and they have 2 hours free parking! I’m telling you this because during weekends at summer you might not find parking at those Lakes and they make you drive back. Here they also have stores and gift stores.

Excellent vacation spot to visit. Main street Banff is lively! Cave and Basin centre is a great place to visit and learn about Park Canada's first historic park.

The staff were nice. But, need to update their information. They also need to find out which hotels/motels offer best, lower $ prices $, for individual travellers, who are Not in Tour Groups, & do Not have a large bankroll to spend.
