Great place to host a small event. We attended a party here and it was a beautiful setting. Great pictures overlooking the water! There is a small kitchen / bar area if you are providing food and drinks. Works great for a bout 50 people or less. The only complaint I have is the AC wasn't working or maybe they don't have it, not sure, but it can get really hot in there when it's full of people.

Was a lovely place as long as no more than about 50 people gathering on the main floor. Was told u could also rent the basement area for a function and it also looks out over the water for a lovely view. Main floor had a nice little kitchen too. Very well maintained and the main floor is air conditioned which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend it.

Great casual space for a gathering! Loved the fact that set up and clean up was done by the staff and we could concentrate on just visiting. It couldn't have been easier. Staff very supportive and accomodating.

Such a beautiful place for a walk or bike all here in our own backyard. Well maintained and me and my wife just took our child and were surprised to see a nice new dock area donated by the Lions. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice time outdoors, even in the winter, without having to drive out of the city.

Very nice place. Was hard to find. Google said at the last to turn right on River valley drive. I could not find the place. I finally had to ask someone. It is suppose to be Valley Point Road at the last turn instead of River valley drive..We had a memorial there. Nobody could find the place.
