5 Star review for 5Star people of Waterton Village. Forgot my iPhone on a bench opposite Cameron falls and returned after 2 hours to find it gone, nothing surprising in that. However, a lady found it and deposited in the Visitor centre and they gave it back to me when I reached there. Thanks a lot guys. You rock!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We planned a very exciting hike to Bertha Lake with their help.

Good place to visit to get more information.

Good stop for bathroom break and a picknet and of course should you need further information on the places you plan to visit. All of the Alberta nature sights can be temporarily closed dew to the protection of animals that may be passing through that could pose a threat to humans so always check ahead to any park or hike you plan on going too. Park rangers and government policy do a great job at keeping both humans and animals safe, attacks are very rare from wildlife, a little knowledge on how to avoid such encounters goes a long way, so be sure not to skip over this information

We went to get suggestions on where to hike and things to do. The girl that helped us was not very friendly or helpful :(
