Just finished a day long tour of Victoria with Jeffery. Don't know anything about the rest of the tours or guides, but Jeffery was amazing. He had my children howling with laughter the whole time as he conducted subtle psychological warfare against the other, lesser tours. I'm concerned my son is going to enjoy that tour more than tomorrow's week long Disney Alaska cruise I bankrupted myself for. I would go on a tour of a corn field if Jeffrey was the guide. Find a day he's working and just go wherever he's going and enjoy.

Half of the drivers were commentators, the other barely even said hi. Was a great way to see the city fast but don't expect much. The most important time to need to catch a bus it was running late and we were forced to pay for a taxi out of pocket after already paying for the train combo. Not happy about that. So 50/50 with this company

Did the Coal Harbour electric boat tour. Absolutely fantastic experience! Great way to see the harbour from a smooth, quiet boat. Captain was friendly and knowledgeable. Boat had great seats, windows and roof to shelter us from the sun but still let us see everything, including multiple seaplanes taking off and landing right near us!

So very disappointed! Do not waste your money, if I could give a 0 I would. If you have small children this is NOT the tour for you. We waited outside our bus trying to figure out which bus we were on (not advised there would be three identical buses) and then were lectured for “being late” over the loud speaker because we were not on the bus. There was minimal a/c and I asked to turn it up and was given a hard time too as it was very warm on board for my infant daughter. When we got to the Capilano Suspension Bridge we were told to meet back in 5 minutes but we had to wait for the family restroom. Our tour guide left without us... but also never came back to check on us so instead of being able to skip the line we saw him walking out of the Centre. My husband tried calling after him but he just left. In short if you need time to use family bathrooms because you have small children or would like to feel like your tour guide did more than yell at you during your tour don’t bother with this company.

Just had a fab tour up Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge. Our guide Geoffrey was great and made the whole trip light and fun. Ask for this guy!!!
