Lack of professional life guards, no supervisor on duty to discuss concerns about child safety in the water park. Adults and children are getting injured and the life guard skeleton crew is just staring at the injured adult and child not offering any type of first aid service, no concern or remorse. You have have hired many young life guards to do the job of more mature and older life guards. A total lack of leadership of employees and total lack of confidence amongst the life guards. Park has seen better days; its old weathered and beaten due to lack of up keep and professional maintenance. Waterslides, pools have paint chipping away in chunks and there is rust all over the place on metal braces, fastening bolts, cross beams and supports. Washrooms and change rooms are a disaster. The rubber flooring in the washrooms/ change rooms has come apart and just holds pools of dirty water. The toilets and urinals are filthy with some sort of growth in them and I am unsure if it's water or urine all over the floors you have step and or walk in to use the facilities. I brought my kids and family here for them to experience the same happiness and enjoyment that I once did when I was a kiddo however the Bridal Falls Waterpark which I once knew as a child is just a memory. Hire more maintenance workers to do the proper repair and up keep of your facility. I am willing to pay more for entry to have quality. Bridal Falls represents a piece of history for all of us who live in the Fraser Valley does it not?

Very Fun area! Not crowded at all! You can do the slide or the tubing many times in one hour! Washroom very clean and neat! Free and available parking spots! You can bring your food and drinks though there is a decent restaurant and little store selling ice cream and candies!

My adult siblings and I planned a last minute day trip to Bridal Falls Waterpark this Sunday. We all have small kids ranging in age from 4-7 and this was the perfect place for them. We arrived at 10:30 and had soo much fun that we stayed right until close a 6:00 PM. We were there on a very hot day and there were several areas with shade and tons of tables and grass area to set-up your family picnic for the day. We had a good view of the park from where we were so we always had eyes on our kids. The staff were friendly and the music and environment was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with young families for a fun day out! I give this 4 out of 5 stars only because there is some maintenance that might need to be done as some of the carpeted areas on the path needed to be repaired and the hot-tub was out. Other than that this park is a hidden gem. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic place for the family. Easier to watch the kids than Cultus lake, and less aggressive slides, although still exciting. There are both undercover and in the open picnic tables, as well as v.i.p. spaces for parties etc. Anyone entering the park has to pay sliding rate. Those who just want to watch can sit on a balcony that overlooks the park. You can also rent lockers for valuables. I find the staff there very friendly, and everyone seems to have a great attitude.

Went to Bridal Falls Waterpark and had a great time, went midweek in August and wasn't too busy on a very hot day. Had a great time, staff was friendly when you ask them something but could have been more engaging when you're waiting in line. They seemed much more interested chatting with themselves, sometimes three or four staff members and none of them took the time to acknowledge any of the visitors in the lineup. Like literally the whole day going up and down the slides I don't really remember any staff member engaging with anyone in the lineup and whatever they were talking about was certainly not work related. They paid little or no attention to the kids in the lineup other than letting you know when you could go down. I've been to other water parks and the staff completely focus on the kids in the lineup engaging with them and making your water park experience so much better... speaking of lineups there wasn't much of a line up for anything which was fantastic. Food options are super limited, if you're planning on going do yourself a favor and bring your own!!! seriously bring your own food don't count on their concession being open or serving anything of good quality. Was very very very disappointed with the food. They allow you to bring in your own food take advantage of that! We thought we just buy it there. Their food concession didn't open till after 12:30. When I spoke to a staff member about opening the concession why there is no food options or anything open she informed me that they were privately-run / contracted out (Wildcat Grill) and that they have a pretty loose schedule of when they serve food. The quality of food, well I just expected better for my 20 bucks. And $3 for a bottle of water, I don't mind paying a little bit extra but come on. I get it it's just a concession, but even so you can do better Bridal Falls Waterpark seriously you can do way better the bar is set pretty low here. In Aldergrove BC they have a new water park (highly recommended and worth checking out) and they have a white spot food truck in the water park. now I know I sound pretty negative in this review but we had a great time had lots of fun it's a great water park especially for young kids. I still recommend it.
