Awesome little gem on the highway, didn't get to try the hot pools, but the waterfalls area is really beautiful. The suspension bridge is fun and a bit unnerving as it swings. Was well worth the stop. Walked up to the top of the falls. There is some interesting history here with the saw mill that used to use the water to power the saws that they used to cut apart the giant trees. They seem to be slowly developing the area as they get funding, will be nice when you can get up to the old foundations. Will stop again with kids and maybe try the hot pools too. Has a little gift shop with ice cream. Staff were really friendly. Pretty high tech waterfalls as they have a bridge under the highway from the parking lot for safety and cameras and sensors.

Was a beautiful little stop. Unsure why people are complaining about the $10 fee as the trails are well maintained and that costs money. The falls, bridge and trails were great. Expect to spend 20-50mins here depending on your exploring and photo ops. One criticism would be to take the crazy creek banner down as it takes away from the lower bridge photo opportunity.

Quick walk to the falls and suspension bridge. There's another 10 mins trail which I haven't tried. Good idea to go for the heated pool if you're looking for an activity to spend a few hours on.

This rating is for the falls. Suspension bridge kind of cool but not really worth the money. Instead park on either side of hwy, view falls from side of road....and if I go again I will just climb down off the road and we falls that way. Cute gift shop...decent hike up the trails but short.

It's a great place to explore for the whole family. Love the boardwalk and the suspension bridge above the waterfalls. You can bring your food and have a picnic by the gift shop. You can book ahead to rent their camping facilities. There are short trails following the gorge. They also have geothermally heated pools with different temperatures which is open all year round.
