Not a bad place. Had a quick stop off during my cruise last month, but was late in the day, so didn't get to see much. Looking forward to seeing it again in the future during the day.

It's kind of interesting. The sun dial is at the beginning of the breakwater. We quite enjoyed walking out to the end of it. Out by the lighthouse there are benches to sit and relax on. Very pleasant. We picked a great day. It was warm with a nice cooling breeze. You are on the water and it has the potential to to be cold, so be prepared.

Very nice walk. You can even walk below the pier on the rectangular blocks if you want. It does get windy so dress appropriately.

Absolutely stunning pier that takes about 30 to 35 minutes to walk to the end and back. The view is stunning and there's an option to walk along the stones of the breakwater and enjoy some First Nations murals. Nice little lighthouse and some benches at the end. Spotted some crabs and sea lions too. There's a busy cafe there as well beside a small beach. Great family friendly area. Suitable for children and dogs. Wheelchair accessible.
