Very nice gentleman supervising the witch hut. He was very easy to talk too. We bought two cans of corn for the ducks from him. He even fixed my sunglasses when they fell. The hut itself looks pretty good for something that is older than me. It does have a smell but it adds to the ambience of the place. My boys enjoyed it.

A lot of great memories here as my mother took my siblings and I here in the 70's and I took my own children here in the 90's. Next year I will start bringing my grand kids here as well. June is the best month to go as all the baby ducks and geese are all around begging for scraps. The flower gardens are in full bloom and there are a lot of cool cars and trucks driving through the park.

Took the kids. They were so excited. Now they are so disappointed because contrary to this listing it isn’t open till 1pm. My rating is low because I have not been able to experience it. Get your act together Google. I will amend the rating when we get to see it.

Grumpy old man working the entrance. My daughter asked if she could get a cup of duck food to feed the geese/ducks bc she saw other kids by the pond with cups of food (she thought it was free). He laughed at my daughter infront of visitors telling her she needed $ and then rudely stated admission to the hut was free so why would she expect the duck food to be free?! She was very embarrassed by his response so we left.

Every Winnipeger should visit this unique place, while enjoying the park area surrounding this place of interest. Great place to visit before Halloween.
